Under current circumstances due to Corona Virus and postal service there we are experiencing some delays with shipping from Australia to rest of world. We are still taking orders online and fellow retailers, and will endeavour to be as quick as possible given this climate. Please continue to social distance and stay home. About shipping?
We offer 3 shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
- Standard Australia (5-10 business days)
- Standard International (7-20 business days)
- Express Australia (2-3 business days)
When will my order be shipped?
- Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship.
- Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 4pm ET are processed the next business day). Then Australia Post takes over. You’ll get an email with a tracking number (Australia) as soon as your package ships. And it's on the way!
I’m having problems with my tracking?
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please write to us via INFO@KAPOWDERSUPERFOOD.COM
Package hasn't arrived?
Sometimes the postal services they can be a delay. If your package hasn't arrived in the timeframe above, please contact us and we can then contact Australia Post and follow the steps in finding your package. Usually within 48-72 hours they will locate your package for us to then get back to you with details.

Do you test on animals?
Great question - no, we don’t!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my product?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement once the product is received.

How do I consume KAPOWDER?
Our unique blend is best coconut water, smoothies, juices or in raw desserts depending your creativity. You can't heat KAPOWDER as it will destroy it's power.How long will my products last?
There is enough KAPOWDER in a Vitality in to last 12 days and in Strength there is enough to last 20 days, based on suggested serving of 10grams daily. Defence is intake is based off 10 mls a day which will last approx 20 days, but with can increase if you wish. Resilience has enough powder for 2 months.
Your KAPOWDER must be stored in a cool dry place, and be used within 12 months after opening.
Side effects?
KAPOWDER is raw, gluten free, sugar free including no added artificial flavourings or colourings, with no known side effects. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, its always best to see your health professional.
